Refund policy

We want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied! unused items can be returned within 20 days of ship date for a full refund, unless otherwise noted.

How to Return?

Please email yingleeliao@gmail.com with your Order # included in subject line and body of email. If the product was damaged please include an image. Our customer service team will be in touch within 1-5 business days.

Please you are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Please include shipping label, information why you are returning and product in original packaging.
